Excellent Highland Getaway!

useful kitchenette friendly staff clean pool great location

The suite included a lounge plus a kitchenette, which I found very useful. The staff members were helpful and very friendly . I was impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and other leisure facilities. The location worked very well for exploring the Highlands.

The breakfast hours began quite late at 10 AM, a slight inconvenience.

The reception staff members were very friendly and efficient, offering a warm welcome. I appreciated the barman, Martin, for his really good service. He ensured every guest felt cared for. The staff quickly assisted me, when I needed a pound coin for the lockers.

Satisfactory Stay at the Hotel

spacious suite good facilities helpful staff late check-in early check-out high electricity

The suite was spacious. Facilities in the suite were good. Staff were happy and helpful. The well kept hotel and room were appealing to me.

I think the 4pm check-in is quite late. The 10am check-out seems early to me. It barely gives time to enjoy the surroundings. The electricity charges were high.
